Richard Hafford, of Pine, on the rooftop wiping down the satellite dish in snowy weather. Depending on the position of the dish and wind direction, snow and ice can accumulate and block the signals and must be cleaned off to restore service. An Ice Zapper Dish Heater will resolve this problem.
