Manager Andy Strader said, “I have amazing employees — and customers.” The bank has operated for 40 years in Payson — previously as Valley National Bank and Bank One — and has about 5,000 customers. “This award means a lot. It’s about caring. We care about every single person that comes into that bank. I came from a big bank in Phoenix. It’s wonderful here. Best move I ever made.”
