There was something for every taste at the annual Mazatzal Arts & Crafts Fair this weekend, including one or two things that were just right for the funny bone.

The 14th Annual Gem and Mineral Show, a two-day weekend event held at the Mazatzal Casino this weekend attracted a sizable crowd of rock hounds and the curious.

The Payson High Longhorn wrestling team won’t be on its home mats until the big Payson Invitational Jan. 20 and Jan. 21. In the meantime, the team is traveling to Grand Canyon University this weekend, Dec. 3 and 4; to Fountain Hills for a multi-meet Dec. 7; Morenci for another multi-meet Dec. 10; and to Tempe Dec. 16 and 17 for the McClintock Tournament. Additional away contests will be Jan. 4 at Mogollon in Heber, Jan. 6 and 7 in Tucson at the Catalina Invitational and Jan. 11 at the Show Low Duals.
