Advice is always a good thing. Does it sink in? Time is a tool for the knowledge of our elders to be displayed in the actions of riders who learn their lessons well.
Always hopeful of a win these parents can't wait for their charges to come back first through the checkered flag.
Being in the lead never guarantees a win, but it sure helps if you can stay there for the entire race.
Off and leavin' a smokin' trail behind, these young men all have an equal chance to spill, crash, dump their bikes, get hurt, foul their goggles so bad they can't see a thing and still win the race.
It might not look that bad from a distance but once on the track, its dimensions take on another perspective.
