If they can offer it and keep the books balanced, sure. I thought they stopped offering it because they were having trouble paying the bills.

They "balance the books" by removing money from the pockets of property owners like me. Yes, I'm tired of it.
If Grandma really wants to learn how to create her own website, she might have to have a teenager show her how instead of a college professor.
