Ok, just what does civil obedience mean as it pertains to an elected council person? Do you mean go along with the majority view on any issue? Don't vote your mind?
What did I miss? This is the silliest posted question I've seen on this site. Civil obedience doesn't relate to the council. It relates to the Public. Let me rephrase that. Civil Obedience means that a person recognizes the laws and chooses to obey, the key word is chooses. That doesn't take a genius. Why did this question come up?
