Photo by Allison Randall The National Weather Service is forecasting a dry, cold frontal system will move into Arizona, producing strong, sustained northeasterly winds that could intensify the February Fire, burning 10 miles north of Payson, Ariz. The fire, currently 30 percent contained, was caused by an abandoned campfire and has grown to 2,475 acres.
