Thankful for Paul Gosar and his common sense approach to government. Obamacare is a mandatory program. Everybody will be forced to participate or pay a penalty. Why would a penalty be needed if it is such a great deal? Jan Brewer actions were taken not because Obamacare is a good program. It was to insure Arizona would receive future Federal Funds. Not a good move. Americans overwhelmingly oppose Obamacare. As Pelosi said "you will have to vote for it to see what is in the bill." It is all coming to light now. Congress wants no part of it for themselves or their employees. If it is good enough for the American people it should be good enough for them. IRS the enforcer is asking an exemption for their agency. Obama to the rescue. Another bribe to disquiet opposition.

THC is the principal and most active chemical in marijuana. Barbara R. is correct in stating it is the mind altering component in the cannabis plant. I do not believe Marijuana or THC is a treatment or cure for any disease. Marijuana is used medically to treat symptoms of disease and side effects of treatments. My question is still out there for someone who has the knowledge and not just opinion. Does Marinol the prescribed medication have the same benefits to the patient as Marijuana in treating negative side effects? Thank you Barbara R. for your positive thoughts. My daughter is still coping with the disease. Deterioration of internal organs is a daily fight. My grandson passed away Christmas night at 24 years of age, twice the expected life span, from the ravaging of their disease.

Pat R. I would be the first to defend your right to express your opinion. You express yours quite often. Please extend that same courtesy to others. My opinion was and is you attacked Rex Henshaw. Rex simply answered your questions, stated his qualifications, and his first hand knowledge. As to simply stating your opinion, I don't think so. In responses to both Rex and myself you ask "if you know so much". It is quite apparent you do not think medical MJ clinics should exists. I have the same opinion I voted against the passage of the current law. However I must respect the majority in Arizona that voted to approve medical MJ.
To Pat J. I admire you for your courageous fight. God bless and do whatever you have to stay strong. I do have a question. A few years ago my daughter was prescribed THC in pill form. My daughter, due to her disease, was losing body weight to the point of loss of life. THC was prescribed to stimulate her appetite. Would this therapy relieve the side effects of chemo?

Pat R. sorry for all your pain and suffering. Direct your anger where it belongs. Mr. Henshaw simply answered your questions.
