Tom, I hit reply just above the like symbol and that is where it placed my comment...I'll use post comment from now on.
Pat, I don't disagree with you at all. If you notice , I stated that my son and his wife believe in natural remedies. I simply disagree with Robbin's broad and over reaching statements.
My stepson and his wife are both doctors. We do NOT have an atrocious health care system....yet. We have the BEST health care system...with the exception of the mental health area. Both of these young doctors do believe in the value of natural remedies but not "all that can be healed, can be healed with nutritious food, herbs, and love". In the ER my kids save lives EVERY day and it's sure as hell not with food or herbs. Your statements about doctors and med school are uninformed and untrue. Your statements about food, herbs, and love instead of medicine...is dangerous
Ted,
By the way, I write my own comments on this forum. I know you would never call me a peckerwood to my face. If you did....it would only happen once. I enjoy a lively debate , but I don't take personal attacks well. This is just an attempt by you liberals (not name calling unless your ashamed) to censor conservative opionions that you don't agree with. Remember what your types called Pres. Bush. If you can stop the personal attacks...then let's debate.
Tom,
We also have a great first time event on Thursday night....Bulls , Broncs , and Bling. An open bull riding , ranch bronc riding , girls team roping and breakaway roping , barrel racing , and mutton bustin. It should be a great time and it's all about involving our local rodeo contestants. The weather will be great and it's only $10 to get in.
Wayne,
I agree that the name calling is unnessary. I found no inappropriate language though. I also found NO untruths in the letter. Just because you disagree doesn't make it untrue. We are fortunate that the Roundup doesn't censor based on someone like yourself being offended.
Robbin,
This is not the first time you have attempted to hijack a thread on this forum. Please stop it. You seem to have strong opinions about what you think is wrong with Payson...well start your own thread on that subject....and stop trying to interject it into other topics.
Kim,
Why don't you or Pat simply call the school and ask them about the details surrounding this topic. We can all keep guessing why they were there working on the landscape median during school hours, but why not find out. If you don't agree with the school's answer....then complain. By the way...I think that gardening , landscaping , and getting there hands dirty might be appropriate for the Future Farmers of America (FFA) :)
