    * AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 151 SOUTH OF A LINE FROM
    MARANA TO MAMMOTH AND FIRE WEATHER ZONE 152 SOUTH OF SAFFORD.
    * TIMING...FROM 1 PM MST THROUGH 7 PM MST WEDNESDAY.
    * WINDS...SOUTH WINDS INCREASING TO 10 TO 20 MPH AFTER SUNRISE
    THEN BECOMING SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH EARLY IN THE AFTERNOON.
    GUSTS OF 35 TO 40 MPH ARE LIKELY ACROSS SANTA CRUZ AND
    COCHISE COUNTIES.
    * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AFTERNOON MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
