    * AFFECTED AREA...THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF FIRE WEATHER ZONE 152
    AT ELEVATIONS BELOW 5000 FT.
    * TIMING...12 PM MST THROUGH 7 PM MST THURSDAY.
    * WINDS...BECOMING WESTERLY TO SOUTHWESTERLY AT 15 TO 25 MPH WITH
    GUSTS TO 30 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS.
    * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...DAYTIME MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP
    TO BETWEEN 12 AND 17 PCT DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS AT
    ELEVATIONS BELOW 5000 FT. ABOVE 5000 FT...RELATIVE HUMIDITY
    LEVELS WILL BE IN THE 18 TO 25 PCT RANGE AND THEREFORE THESE
    AREAS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE WATCH.
