    HIGH PRESSURE AND VERY DRY AIR ACROSS THE DESERT SOUTHWEST WILL ONCE
    AGAIN ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO RISE TO WELL ABOVE NORMAL VALUES TODAY.
    ALTHOUGH INCREASING HIGH CLOUDINESS WILL LIKELY HOLD TEMPERATURES
    DOWN A BIT...HIGHS ARE STILL EXPECTED TO REACH THE LOW TO MID 90S
    AROUND THE PHOENIX AREA...AND INTO THE UPPER 90S AROUND YUMA...EL
    CENTRO...AND BLYTHE. WHILE VERY WARM...TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL REMAIN
    SLIGHTLY BELOW RECORD LEVELS.
    TEMPERATURES ARE THEN EXPECTED TO RETREAT INTO THE UPPER 80S TO NEAR 90
    THIS WEEKEND AS AN UPPER LOW CENTER MOVES INLAND INTO THE DESERT
    SOUTHWEST. WHILE NOT AS WARM...TEMPERATURES EAST OF PHOENIX AROUND
    GLOBE AS WELL AS IN PARTS OF JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK ARE ALSO
    EXPECTED TO CLIMB INTO THE LOW TO MID 80S ON FRIDAY AS WELL.
    WHILE IT IS NOT UNCOMMON TO SEE TEMPERATURES THIS WARM IN EARLY
    APRIL...IT IS THE FIRST STRETCH OF HOT WEATHER SINCE LAST YEAR.
    REMEMBER TO STAY HYDRATED AND TRY TO LIMIT OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES TO
    EARLY IN THE MORNING OR EARLY EVENING. TAKE THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS
    IF YOU MUST BE OUTSIDE DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS AND BE AWARE OF
