    THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
    * PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST ARIZONA...SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA AND
    NEVADA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING IN NORTHWEST ...ARIZONA...
    LAKE MEAD NATIONAL RECREATION AREA...NORTHWEST DESERTS AND
    NORTHWEST PLATEAU. IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA...DEATH VALLEY
    NATIONAL PARK AND EASTERN MOJAVE DESERT. IN NEVADA...LAKE MEAD
    NATIONAL RECREATION AREA...LAS VEGAS VALLEY...LINCOLN COUNTY...
    NORTHEAST CLARK COUNTY...SHEEP RANGE...SOUTHERN CLARK
    COUNTY... SPRING MOUNTAINS-RED ROCK CANYON AND WESTERN CLARK
    AND SOUTHERN NYE COUNTY.
    * THROUGH THIS EVENING
    * SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE
    THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING
    ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHERN NEVADA AND SURROUNDING AREAS OF NORTHWEST
    ARIZONA AND SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA. THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF
    PRODUCING OVER ONE INCH OF RAIN PER HOUR AND WILL BE MOVING FROM
    SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 25 MPH. ANY STRONGER STORMS OR
    AREAS THAT SEE STORMS REPEATEDLY MOVE OVER THE SAME AREA IN A
    SHORT TIME SPAN WILL BE AT RISK TO SEE FLASH FLOODING.
    * IMPACTS: RAPIDLY FLOWING WATER ALONG WITH MUD AND ROCKS COULD
    FLOW ACROSS ROADS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS. SOME ROADS MAY BE
    CLOSED OR DAMAGED. RAPID FLOWS IN WASHES.
