    EVENING...
    THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
    * A PORTION OF NORTHWEST ARIZONA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
    AREAS...NORTHWEST DESERTS AND NORTHWEST PLATEAU.
    * UNTIL 8 PM MST THIS EVENING
    * THUNDERSTORM COVERAGE HAS DIMINISHED TODAY BUT ISOLATED TO
    SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE OVER EAST
    CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST MOHAVE COUNTY THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.
    SOME STORMS MAY BE PRODUCE RAINFALL TOTALS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IN AN
    HOUR OR MORE...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. THIS COULD
    RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING IF THE RAIN FALLS IN LOW LYING SPOTS OR
    IN STEEP CANYONS OR OTHER TERRAIN SENSITIVE AREAS...ESPECIALLY IF
    STORMS REPEATEDLY MOVE OVER THE SAME LOCATIONS.
    * IMPACTS...ROADS MAY BE WASHED OUT OR SEE MUD...ROCKS AND WATER
    FLOW ACROSS THEM ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS. WASHES COULD
    SEE RAPID RISES IN THEM LEADING TO FLOODING DOWNSTREAM OF
    WHERE ANY HEAVIER RAIN FALLS. BE ESPECIALLY ALERT AT NIGHT
    WHEN FLOOD WATERS ARE HARDER TO SEE.
