    AFTERNOON...
    THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
    * A PORTION OF NORTHWEST ARIZONA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
    AREAS...LAKE HAVASU AND FORT MOHAVE...LAKE MEAD NATIONAL
    RECREATION AREA...NORTHWEST DESERTS AND NORTHWEST PLATEAU.
    * UNTIL 5 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON
    * A MOIST AIR MASS IS IN PLACE AND WILL COMBINE WITH LIFT PROVIDED
    BY AN APPROACHING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TO RESULT IN THE POTENTIAL
    FOR STRONG THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. THE STORMS WILL BE FAST MOVING BUT
    THE POSSIBILITY OF TRAINING...STORMS REPEATEDLY MOVING OVER THE
    SAME LOCATION...WILL CREATE A THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING.
