    .A MOIST AIR MASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE AND COMBINE WITH A WEAK UPPER
    LEVEL DISTURBANCE ALLOWING THE DEVELOPMENT OF SHOWERS AND
    THUNDERSTORMS THAT COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN IN A SHORT PERIOD OF
    TIME...INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING.
    ...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...
    THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
    * A PORTION OF NORTHWEST ARIZONA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
    AREAS...NORTHWEST DESERTS AND NORTHWEST PLATEAU.
    * THROUGH THIS EVENING
    * MONSOON MOISTURE IN PLACE WILL COMBINE WITH AN UPPER LEVEL
    DISTURBANCE AIDING DEVELOPMENT OF HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING SHOWERS AND
    THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THIS EVENING. RAINFALL TOTALS IN EXCESS OF AN
    INCH ARE POSSIBLE IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
    * LOW LYING AREAS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS COULD SEE RAPIDLY
    FLOWING WATER AS WELL AS ROCKS...MUD AND DEBRIS. ROADS COULD
    BECOME IMPASSABLE. BURN AREAS FROM RECENT FOREST FIRES SUCH AS
    THE DEAN PEAK FIRE SCAR COULD SEE DEBRIS FLOWS DEVELOP AND
    DEBRIS FLOW RUNOFF COULD IMPACT AREAS WELL AWAY FROM AREAS
    WHERE HEAVY RAIN FALLS.
