    ARIZONA INCLUDING THE GREATER PHOENIX AREA. THE LOWER DESERTS OF
    SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA INCLUDING THE IMPERIAL VALLEY.
    * TEMPERATURE...HIGHS SATURDAY OF 108 TO 113 DEGREES. HIGHS
    SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY OF 115 TO 120 DEGREES. HIGHS OF 113 TO
    118 ON TUESDAY.
    * IMPACTS...HEAT RELATED ILLNESS WILL BE LIKELY FOR THOSE DOING
    STRENUOUS ACTIVITY OUTDOORS...OR THOSE WITH HEALTH CONDITIONS
    THAT DO NOT HAVE ADEQUATE ACCESS TO AIR CONDITIONING. IF
