    SOUTHWEST ARIZONA...ALONG WITH PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
    CALIFORNIA. THIS INCLUDES THE PHOENIX METRO AREA...GILA BEND...
    CASA GRANDE...YUMA...EL CENTRO...BLYTHE...QUARTZSITE...AND
    PARKER.
    * TEMPERATURE...AFTERNOON HIGHS RANGING FROM 110-115. OVERNIGHT
    LOWS ONLY FALLING INTO THE LOW TO MID 80S WITHIN THE POPULATED
    URBAN AREAS.
    * IMPACTS...PEOPLE PLAYING OR WORKING OUTDOORS...AS WELL AS
    THOSE WITHOUT ACCESS TO AIR CONDITIONING...WILL FACE AN
    ELEVATED RISK OF HEAT RELATED ILLNESS. DEPENDING UPON THE
    AMOUNT OF EXPOSURE AND THE HEALTH OF AN INDIVIDUAL...HEAT
