    * TIMING...STRONG WINDS THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.
    * WINDS...NORTH WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 40 TO 50 MPH.
    * IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON
    WEST TO EAST ORIENTED ROADWAYS SUCH AS I-10 AND I-8. PERIODS OF
    BLOWING DUST AND SAND REDUCE VISIBILITIES.
