    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHOENIX HAS ISSUED A WIND
    ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MST /NOON PDT/ TODAY.
    * AFFECTED AREA...IMPERIAL COUNTY...LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY AND
    THE SOUTHWEST ARIZONA DESERTS.
    * TIMING...STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS UNTIL NOON...THEN TAPERING OFF INTO
    THE AFTERNOON HOURS.
    * WINDS...SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS
    OF 40 MPH.
    * IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS WILL GENERATED AREAS OF BLOWING
    DUST...SHARPLY LOWERING VISIBILITIES BELOW 2 MILES AND CREATING
    HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY FOR MOTORISTS ON THE
    INTERSTATE 8 CORRIDOR. GUSTY AND SHIFTING CROSSWINDS ARE LIKELY
    ALONG NORTH-SOUTH ORIENTED ROADS WHICH WILL CREATE POTENTIALLY
    DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
