Injustice Continues for Dr Lowe
Title: Injustice Continues for Dr Lowe Summary: The failure of the Payson Police to release seized evidence a month after the "not guilty" verdict shows a continuation of the vendetta against Dr Lowe by the same individuals who falsified evidence, mishandled court documents, and misrepresented the facts in the case. Body: A month after the verdict of "not guilty" in a trial by jury, The Payson Police withheld personal possessions, medical records, and other seized evidence from the home and offices of Dr Lowe. Even after the county prosecutor released the property to Dr Lowe, the police chief and his staff stalled and stonewalled Dr Lowe's requests for the items. It took the city manager, the county attorney, and the mayor a day to put the Payson Police in their place and get the evidence set released. Why would the whole city government have such an interest in continuing the personal vendetta against a citizen found "not guilty" of all counts and charges? Remember the "thick blue line" standing at the back of the courtroom when the verdict was read. Did the Payson Police have no real crimes to investigate or citizens to "serve and protect" that day during working hours? Read the headlines about crimes in Payson lately and it seems there is enough to keep the officers busy all day! Is there a conspiracy involved among the police, investigators, county prosecutor's office, and the friends and family of the law enforcement community of Payson? What was the real reason for the trumped-up charges in the first place? And why is a paid investigator still stalking Dr Lowe a month after the verdict? This is another chapter in the saga of retaliation against Dr Lowe for getting involved in the personal lives of his patients and their families.

Who is Paul Gosar working for in Washington?
Paul Gosar stated that “Environmentalists groups have employed "scare tactics" when it comes to uranium mining in Arizona. It's a very, very safe mining process. Our job is to educate the public to that fact. It is a source of wealth and source of future jobs and can be done in an environmental way.” The people of CD#1 are not stupid we have the intellect to educate ourselves.

I am a caregiver with all the necessary clearances and training. Several of us have discovered that we need a state approved caregiver's class to obtain a certificate from the state, in order to work in the field. We found that the certificate from our employer is not state approved. Several of us have researched this and found we have to go to the valley, spend $225.00 to a private company to obtain this. The classes are on the weekends and during the week. The classes are during our work time. We have also found that if we obtain our CNA license CNA is next step up in education from caregiver. These classes are offered at state funded school. locally and on line. After taking this next level in education we find we will still need to obtain this STATE required CERTIFICATION. Many of us are asking Why? with jobs being so scarce and the need for good caregivers so great, please tell me why the state does not acknowledge our certificates from our regulated employer or why does the state not offer this certification class on line or at our local college, This is keeping many of us from obtaining this due to the cost of the class, motel, food, gas etc. Will some one take a look and help us out with some good answers!
