Two kidnapping suspects from Winslow who ran from Payson police earlier this month have been arrested, according to the Winslow Police Department.

Adrian Milligan reportedly entered a 29-year-old woman’s home in Winslow May 17 and forced her at gunpoint into a stolen vehicle, according to police.

Milligan, along with Christina Bollin, then drove south on State Route 87 toward Payson. A Gila County Sheriff’s Office deputy spotted the stolen vehicle near Pine and notified the Payson Police Department. Payson police put out spike strips just north of Home Depot, but Milligan pulled into the forest before the roundabout. Bollin and Milligan then fled into the woods.

Police searched for the pair for hours until they learned a relative had picked them up and taken them out of the area.

Last week, the WPD reports Bollin and Milligan were located in Yuma.

“Thank you Winslow, for your assistance in locating yet another dangerous criminal!” the WPD wrote on their Facebook page. “Hey Christina, we told you we would catch you!”

The kidnapping victim was treated at Banner Payson Medical Center May 17 and released shortly thereafter, according to the GCSO.
