Allen Lee Darr was born just outside of Deary, Idaho, July 14, 1936. He was a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.

He spent most of his adult life in Payson, AZ area. He served as Captain for the Civil Air Patrol and helped build Payson Airport when it was a dirt runway. He was a Master Mechanic and owned his own business, Sky Park Automotive and RV Storage for many years.

He passed quietly in his sleep from his battle with cancer on April 6th.

A memorial will be held in his honor at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tonto Basin, AZ, Highway 188, at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019.
