Climate change is real

Editor:

In response to a letter by Andy McKinney from the July 5 Roundup:

While using natural gas, produces less carbon dioxide than coal or oil, it still pollutes the air.

As to fracking, most people know the damages: health issues, heart and kidney to name two. Also it increases the prevalence of earthquakes and the poisoning of water.

No, thanks to Trump we are losing the battle for reducing carbon, preserving clean water, saving animals from extinction.

Climate change is real!

Your reference to soda straws was way off the mark. Reducing the number of straws and needless plastic is to help keep our oceans and all who swim there safe.
