Kudos to John Griffith of Payson Wireless. In the past, he has helped me and many others with our cell phone problems quickly and very kindly not charging anything for his help.

Last week, I purchased a cell phone from him and he set it up with the information from my old phone. There was no extra charge.

When I got home, he called and explained that he had inadvertently overcharged me for the phone; but would refund the difference whenever I could return to the store. I remarked on his honesty and he told me that if he had not corrected his error he wouldn’t have been able to sleep.

John, I am so impressed with the way you do business, thank you.
